Their customer service is outstanding. I had been in touch via email with a salesmen regarding a few models of cars. After checking our schedules, we were able to schedule a time to meet and test drive a few cars. As soon as I arrived Saturday morning, I was informed that Mike [who I had been talking to via email] didn't work Saturday's and that Dan would be helping me. Dan was beyond helpful [ in suggesting cars for me with low mileage & within my price range], gave me the lowdown on their models, so super friendly, took his time with me and my parents and more. I was impressed with his professionalism, trust in the customer and his help. I test drove a handful of cars and walked away not buying anything and he wasn't upset. Instead, he said he would keep looking at cars an email me with some that he thought I would like. wow!
